Summer park in Sirdal
In recent weeks, there has been a lot of activity on the riverbank near the cultural center as work has almost been done day and night to get the new water park facility in Tondstad ready for completion, and today it was finally ready for a large-scale opening.
Over 100 people, both young and old, had turned up where we can almost guarantee that everyone present was very excited and ready to use the new facility.
Swimming hall
Tonstadbadet consists of two main parts. One part contains a 12.5 x 8 meter pool with four lanes, a diving board and a three meter diving tower. (Under the diving tower it is 3.5 meters deep). This pool has a temperature of 28 degrees Celsius. In addition, there is a sauna and steam bath in this department.
The second part consists of a counter-flow pool, paddling pool, training pool and whirlpool. This pool maintains a temperature of 34 degrees Celsius.
